AA students must invest themselves in community

I picture an ideal world, helped along by normal people doing community service, where, as a result of the compassion shown by those more fortunate, there are lower crime rates, little hunger, no homelessness, and great public places for all to enjoy.  Unfortunately, this dream won’t become a reality until people like Academy students realize the necessity of community involvement, the benefits that come from community service and the horrible outcomes of ignoring society’s problems.
